Hello,
I'm a Redhat Linux user with bash shell environment,anybody here got an example to setup the environment variables for StarHPC parallel processing.. Thanks.. ..W@K.. |

Hi W@K,
the environment variables I use for HPC are as follows MPI_ROOT = /usr/star/v3150/MPICH/1.2.4/ MPI_ARCH = linux_2.4-gcc_2.95.3-glibc_2.2.2-dso/ MPI_DEVICE = ch_p4 Ofcourse it goes without saying that you varialbes/paths might be different from mine, but it gives you the general idea... |
