Default heat flux to heat rejection

Hi!

Can someone help me issue the right command to convert a heat flux [W/m^2] result from a solid wall into a heat rejection value [W] over a non-planar solid area?

Seems like I would have to integrate the heat flux first before averaging it over the surface area. How to integrate heat flux over non-planar area?
