Whenever I check the grid, the most common message I get, and the one I can't seem to fix, is the error that states:

Internal angle exceeds prescribed value

or

Internal face angle exceeds prescribed value

The mesh I have a square in a circle, just like the ones in the help books that are examples given for surfaces to be extruded.

How do I fix this problem? As for the future, how do I avoid it?

Cells with bad angles don't necessarily cause a problem. Alot depends on where the cell is and what the flow field is like in that area. Run the analysis. If it does not blow up and the results look reasonable around those cells then they probably are just fine. There is no absolute check that will tell you when a cell is too deformed to work other than running the mesh. If the analysis does not run or the post values blow up in a cell with a bad angle, then you know it has to be reshaped either by hand or with some of the smoothers that are built in.

I figured what you said was true, about the cells not necessarily causing a problem. I had run it before with those particular cells and it was fine, or at least I thought it was. I got a professor who is kind of my boss telling me to fix it so I kind have to. Fortunately, I got rid of the problem. Thanks a lot for your input though, I appreciate it.
