what's wrong with 3.2

Hi all,

I've read in an old 3.15 model in version 3.2. But for some reason it is not possible to start the calculation after I wrote out all the required files. I always receive the message **** Received signal sigsegv - exiting *** after 1 iteration.

Any suggestions what could be wrong?

Do you have any user subroutines?

Just tell CD - it sounds like a bug.

Do you have input tables? Turns out that 3.2 will not read nor write tables for input.

If you have created the tables with v3.150 then you can use it with v3.20. It works for me.

No, I don't have tables. It is a very simple problem with inlet/outlet boundary and high reynolds turb model. But the mdl file ist created in 3.15. I have opened it with 3.2 and everything is fine also the compilation. When I run the star command the calculation starts and at the the end of iteration the calculation stops. This means for me that 3.15 mdl are not full compatible in the Linux 3.2 version.

I think CD must become better in programming!!

and to be fair, you should become better at learning how to use a telephone and phoning support...

F.K. is right, over 200 mentioned bugs within STAR, EASY-Tools, Pro-am, is not acceptable for a program which costs so much money. And by the way, for some bugs there is no solution available!!!!!!!
