Urgent: Help on ProHPC
 

Hi all

I am having trouble with merging the results from the ProHPC. I will explain the problem in detail.

I am running the Transient case with user subroutines, double precision and AMG solvers.

I can view the number of iterations done by proHPC but when it comes to stop the processing and merge the results the command prompt says that transient file not found.

I am not sure whats goin on with the program. Can someone help me out on this problem. Please let me know if any specific inputs related to my program is needed.

did you save only the *.pst file or also the *.pstt file? have a look in the subdirectories.

Thanks for your reply.

I am having transient post files with .pstt extension in the sub-directories generated while running ProHPC.

Can you please suggest me some solution to the problem.

Some time ago I had similar trouble with it. I solved it by coping the pst file from all nodes to node 1 by hand. Then it should work.

ps. Don't bother to much about Prohpc. You should try the so called "plug and play version " 3.2 then you will realize what real anger could be.

Now, I met many troubles about Pro-Hpc.I think we already set all and PRO-HPC could run. But it would be stop after some interations.We tried this many times,and it stoped at the different interations. We can't find the reason. DO anybody also met this problem? Please give me a hand. Thank you very much!

Ps : We only can use v3.15A, because v3.2 still not released in my area.

please contact your support office and ask for prohpc version 522. There was a problem with getting files from remote directories in the default 3150A version.
