Suction Jets - StarCD

I wish to create suctions jets to control the flow wake over a bluff body, I'm using StarCD. Anyone got any ideas on how I can do this?

Try to use inlets with negative entering normal velocity (i.e. instead of blowing into the computational domain, you will blow the flow outwards...)
