Heating/ Melting/ Vaproizaiton

I am major in laser processing. The laser beam is irradated on the solid wall, then it is heated, melting, and boiling or vaporization. How can I model this problem? I can see the boiling model for droplet in star-cd user guid. But I cannot look after the case when the vaporization occurs from a wall.
