Re: Help: analysis of gear pump

Hi ,

I'm a master student at Kocaeli university in Turkey,

in my study,I want to do Finite element analysis about gear pump's gear stress analysis.but I need information (knowledge) about gear pump and it's gear.I want to learn how can I choose gear pump's gear size (diemensions) and body ?Do you use X factors (sliding factor) in your gear pump's gear? I don't find gear pump analysis anywhere.please help me. I want to creat solid model with solidworks and I want to do analysis with ansys or cosmosworks.if you help me ,I will be happy very much.

bestregards
