(Fluid mixing) Mass fraction contours

I am using a T-shaped micro-mixer to mix two fluid. I want to know how well the fluids have mixed and how long it has taken for them to mix. I believe the best way to find it is by using mass fraction contours. Has anyone already made a macro for this purpose? Or does anyone know a better way to find out how well the fluids have mixed? Only relying on density contours is not good enough because flow is laminar. Thanks in advance

Isn't it enough to simply plot contours of the scalar concentration?

How do I do this?

I'd like to know how to calculate mass fractio of amonnia, if I have 125.5mg/L NH3; mixture with water (non fresh water, with density = 1037 kg/m3)

i am using a eductor for mxing how will i find the mass fraction of the mixed fluid and how will i know that the fuid is mixed properly
