Help me~ERROR#266

My model is pipe form.There are two inlet and vertical each other,and one outlet.The values of two inlets are used by table. Time model is transient.Turbulence model is les/smagorinsky.After i star the Starcd,but Starcd shows the error "Error226 Error occurs in reading table

Form problem file,and its data are ingnored." And Prostar ourput shows the waring" temporal discretization is set to implicit . crank-nicholson is recommend for Les turbulence models." Although i change "implicit"to "crank-nicholson",but starcd shows the error "Error 404 analysis must be transient and cannot use upwinding for velocities to use an les turbulence model" Although i already set time model to transient and use by CD ,Starcd still shows the same message.Everybody,how to solve above all errors?help me~thanks
