inf thin cells

Hi

How can you separate two regions in your mesh, in which you only want passive scalar passing from one to the other by diffusion. You don't want your active scalars to pass trough this wall.

I have tried baffles and shells but none of them work as I would like them to. I have to calculate some other things at the very last layer of this interface, but when I define baffles or shells these quantities appear all messed up!

I have noticed that if I define one region as solid slab then it works fine, but of course there is no diffusion of scalars in this case.

I appreciate any suggestions

With regards

CM

Why can't you use porous baffles?
