Default conservation of total and scalar mass

Hi all

I try to solve several problem with surface absorption in closed region. I use ideal gas rho=f(T,p) with additional scalar (active) which have to be absorbed at baffle surface. When I analyze the results I see that the rate of scalar mass decreasing is approximately equal to integral surface flux but total mass is constant! What is the matter?

Thanks in advance, Michael
