Boundary with trimmed cells

Default Boundary with trimmed cells

Hi there,

The boundary i have defined have faces that corresponde to trim cells, and it keeps sending me errors, how can a fix this?

You probably have a face 7 or 8 on the boundary - which is illegal.

The simplest fix is to create a set of shells on the boundary & extrude the shells one or two layers. This will leave you with hex & prism cells on the boundary - all legal.

You can also pick up the cells and refine them (with CREFINE). A good trick if you don't have too much time...
