Hi

Do you know what this mean:

*** WARNING #052 *** INITIAL RESIDUAL BELOW ROUND-OFF ERROR LIMIT SOLUTION ,EQ: SC1

I have checked my residual plots and they look fine, but there is always this message at the end of my .run file saying that there are these warnings at my .info file. Do you know how to get rid of them?

With regards

Cirilo

Maybe you don't need to get rid if the warnings. The solver is saying that the field for scalar 1 at the start of the iteration/time-step already satisifes the transport equation, so it doesn't need to do any work to reduce the residual and obtain an updated field. Usually this means the field has reached a steady-state to a high tolerance, which is good news. Sometimes it can mean that whatever is driving the field is so slight that the solver can't detect it relative to the round-off error limit. I don't know what you'd do about that (though I'm sure some at CD-adapco sould know).
