Hi All If (kindly) any1 can really spend few minutes from his value time to help me; how to modify the damping function in LRN k-epsilon model. or making 'Cmu' as a function of another parameter. ( overwhole, changing the turbulent viscosity formula). cheers

I guess you want to modify the log-law, so you should be able to come to your goals by using the STAR-CD user subroutine ROUGHW(ELOG,YLAMS,CONST,YPLS).

Hope this helps...

Thanx for your reply, Actually, I want to test another damping function using the same LRN k-epsilon model. Because The problem (Non-Newtonian case) I have , needs to have more damping than the Standard one. cheers
