Converegence problem
 
Hallo All,

I have problem to get convergence in thr presence of momentum source term. Any Hints are willcome.

1) Underrelax more

2) If the source term depends on the variable itself and the coefficient is negative, then put the coefficient into the implicit part of the source term (e.g. into S2U, S2V or S2W depending on the variable)

Thanks alot,

I have tried this. It seems that it convereges BUT very very slowly... I think it is a simple problem which don't require such huge number of iterations.

by the way, my source term is a constant velocity (-2m/s).

Any other hints?.

Have you also checked the units of the source term? It should be in N/m^3
