how should I input the particle's mass flow rate on cyclic boundary of 60 degree in the cylider model

For example, If cylinder model have 60 degree of 360 degree, mass flow rate of 6kg/s at lagrangian frame for particle, which is correct, using (6kg/s)/(360/60) or 6kg/s??

In my case, if I use a case of (6kg/s)/6, my maximum temperature decrease totally 1/2.
