Default Format for importing Plot3d files into Star-CCM+

I was wondering if anyone knew of what the correct format is for importing Plot3d files into Star-CCM+. For some reason, when I tried to import my .xyz file it will read in the number of blocks and the size of the grid but then i get an error when it tries to read in the coordinates. I'm pretty sure the file is in the correct format. Is there something else I need to include in the file? Thanks!

Is your file unformatted/binary, single-precision, and 3D?

STAR-CCM+ doesn't support formatted/ascii plot3d files, or double precision plot3d files, or 2D plot3d files.
