Non Manifold Error

I have created a exhaust duct model in ProE and imported it into prosurf in CGNS format. It shows a lot of errors in terms of incomplete/short curves and when I run the automatic correction it gives the non-manifold error. Can anyone tell me how to tackle these errors.

try to get it in iges or stl format. That gives better accuracy.

Thanx for the reply. I tried with iges format but it still gives the same number of errors(non manifold)
