baffle usage.

recently,I want to model the flow past a baffle with the roughness effect.but I don't know how to use baffle command. if I use baffle(in locate boundary panel),when saving geometry file.there are some errors.Another way is to use the cell tool .using "add baffles" selection.but there is a shortcoming in this way.this can not be applied the roughness . can anyone tells me how to use the baffle command.thank you very much.~
