Hello everybody,
I have warning #057, i.e equation of state imbalance at xyz cell in 2-stroke engine combustion run. There are around 40 cells displaying this warning and I found them located near by exhaust port boundary (pr.) and very few near by inlet boundary. Should I ignore this warning which is only absent in the middle portion of the run. And I have high HDIFF value also. Please advice. Thanking you. |

the equation of state is not converged in those cell, what actions can you take to help the solver converge?

Take a look at the values of these imbalance. Normally there are very small and can be ignored with certainty.

Hello John,
Yes as you mentioned they are very small. Thank you much for your reply. Do you know why my model crashes near the closing of ports due to -ve density. Thanks alot. |
