Default how to integrate the velocity profile

here I plot the velocity profile. how can I integrate this velocity profile(how to integrate the area) Namely, how to integrate the curve covering the the Y axis(or the axis)? thank you for help.

what i did was, i monitored the variable in engineering data and then with the help of excel i calculated area by trapazoidal/simpson's rule.

i believe there should be some easy way also,,but when i asked, everybody kept their secret weapon.

you can try the software "Optimas". but I don't konow where to download.
