What is the latest version of StarCD? How seriously it differ from 3.22?

The latest version is 4.00. The big differences are the possibility to use polyhedral cells, increased speed, new file types (*.ccm instead of *.geom and *.pst). Contact CD-Adapco, they can tell you all the changes in the physical models.
