Hai friends

I newely installed star cd 3.26 with Humming bird exceed and MKS. When i try to open prostar from STAR Launch, itis not opening. When i try to open the prostar using commend prompt, it gives a error message,

The Procedure entry poing __infinity could not be located in thr dll nutlibm4.dll

Any help to eliminate this error.

The first time you install star, you must install it from the CDrom. Only the CD contains the nutrcracker utilities required (and what you are missing). You can update from the web site to newer versions of STAR, but you cannot do a clean install. You need to call your user support and ask for a CDrom for Windows.

If you are running on hummingbird exceed, try starting exceed manually and then start star-launch. It helped in my case when I first installed STAR.
