Some parameters in Star-LT

Hi, Is there anyone using Star-LT? As far as I know, it was developed by CD Japan. It's really more user friendly, especially the Pro-Modeller. My personal idea is that the interface of Star-CD should be reconstruced according to Pro-Modeler. I believe the sale will boost. It seems Star-LT is not promoted in areas other than Asia? Is it still mantained?

If somebody using LT(Pro-Modeler) is in this forum, maybe you can help some of my questions. 1.In the .run file, we can find ' RESIDUAL TOLERANCE 'and 'CHARACTERISTIC LENGTH'. How can we set it in Pro-Modeler? 2.What's the exact definition of Residual used in LT? 3.What does the 'peizo' pressure type in presuure b.c. mean? Is it total pressure?

hmmm - have seen it 7-8 years ago. wasn't that bad. I didn't know that it is still alive. but if you have a look at homepage of cd-adapco japan, it is still there.

As you said, it was developed mainly by cd-adapco japan ans icem for the asia market (i guess). for a very limited time it was also promoted in europe, but they stopped - don't know the reason.

if you need further information or help, you should contact office in japan. good luck tom
