Default CCM+ Interface - Merging Boundaries

I have two boundaries on two regions that are exactly the same (one was created from the other using the cavity feature in SolidWorks). But for some reason CCM+ cannot merge them together, stating that it cannot match up the perimeters of the boundaries. I have over 200 other boundaries, created in the same way, that merge fine but for some reason these two will not.

I have isolated the problem faces and they are exactly the same. Has anyone seen this probelm before and if so, how did you get around it?

delete one of them then try to create interface by right clicking on remaining boundary and selecting the Convert to Interface option..

then tru zipping edge and go on...
