I have a model that I need to get velocity contours 5mm offset of a curved surface. I can generate CAD data for the offset plane, but have no idea how I can display contours of an already converged model onto it. Any ideas?

If the curved surface is a boundary in your model, you might be able to create an isosurface of wall distance and display velocity contours on it. Otherwise there is a new feature in 3.02 which allows you to import an stl surface and visualize data from the regions which it intersects.
