Non-Newtonian Liquid using CCM+
Can anyone tell me how to specify a non-Newtonian liquid in CCM+? I can get the settings for a gas, but that's it.

Re: Non-Newtonian Liquid using CCM+
It depends what sort of liquid it is, if it is temperature dependent just enter a field function with the relationship (tools -> field functions) and change the viscosity profile to that field function. If the viscosity is strain rate dependent you need to turn on temporary storage retention in you flow solver, initialise and then the strain rate magnitude field function will become available in the list which you can then reference in the viscosity relationship ff, then set as before. I hope this helps
