connectivity error in STAR-CD

Default connectivity error in STAR-CD

I am getting connectivity error in my geometry and it says... cells are in two disconnected regions ... I can not see two disconnected regions.. what shld I do.? thanks for help.

You need to merge all vertices... search the tutorials, it's one the basics for grid generation

IF the grid is not structured, however, then you will need to perform the couple function.

Thanks Emmanuel. I did merge the vertices but nothing happened and but I did not try for couple option. I will try this. Thanks for your kind reply.
