RNG is a variant of k-epsilon model. So your question does not make sense.

whoa so I'm a real men! Yeah...
a part this sentence...there is NOT a "best" turbulence model...the better you can choose depends on the phenomena that you must study...in presence of pressure gradients, swirl motions, curvature and similar I use k-eps CUBIC (standard)...but that's a choice...someone may prefer k-w SST if they want a "simple" model (linear) that accounts for pressure gradients...
