Default Physics values vs. initial conditions

I'm using the K + Epsilon turbulence specification in my model. I've calculated TDR and TKE based on estimated velocity and I'm using those values for initial conditions. Should I use the same method to estimate physics values for the Stagnation inlet and pressure outlet boundaries or should they remain default values?

i think use the intensity and turbulence length is ok.
