Default star-ccm+ linux installation..

hi all..

i have some problems with linux installation..

i have installed STAR-CCM+ V3.04. now i can run Star-CCM+ as root.. but i cant as other user.. when i try to create new simulation i got segmentation fault..

what can i do? is there any definition i passed, forgot..

You need to configure rsh or better yet, configure ssh and use it instead (everyone will tell you that rsh is insecure). at the end of the command to start star-ccm+ just add "-rsh ssh" without the quotes to use ssh instead of rsh. Once you have done that you should be able to run in parallel. However, you must configure ssh permissions for your user if you want to run it as user. google will help tremendously.
