help for meshing

I am in need for helping me to mesh a soil and fluent(in a pipe) interaction topic in 3D geometry , i am having an engineering research of geotechnique. but i have little knowledge in meshing . and i do not know how to post the geometry , so if you can and will help me , i am appreciated to sent it to u. sos!
