Two phase mixture model

I want to develop a two phase mixture model solver for analyzing the liquid-solid particle flows. I have general solver with me from where I will get velocity field from momentum equation and then pressure field from manipulated continuity equation as poisson's equation.

Now in mixture model I find continuity, momentum, volumetric phase equation and algebraic equations. I don't know what equation i should solve first for analyzing the flows in channels.

Can any one suggest answer to my problem by giving me the general algorithm and basic information.

If possible give me the links of algorithm or some source also which makes easy for me to develop.
