Flame Temperature Distribution from a Burner

I need to model the flame temperature distribution from a standard propane-air burner. I did an attempt and it seems that the temperature is within the expected limit. However, I can't get the buoyancy effect, that is, the flame is symmetric. Instead, it should have been dragged upwards.
