I need some help in modeling a flat plate heat exchanger in ANSYS(CFX/FLUENT). I have created a basic geometry but there seems to be some trouble with it.

It is a simple series 2x1/2x1 plate heat exchanger with 4 fluid chambers and 4 steel plates. The reference for this is- https://www.researchgate.net/publica...heat_exchanger

Here's the geometry file that I have created- https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B5H...ew?usp=sharing
I am mainly facing problems with the meshing.

It would be great if any of you could help me out with this or at least tell me where I have gone wrong and what do I need to do to correct it.

Best Regards
Aakash
