Updating CFD-Wiki Software

We are updating the CFD-Wiki software to the latest MediaWiki version 1.20.2 now. CFD-Wiki will be a bit broken while we go through and update all extensions and the skin.

We are struggling with the style for CFD-Wiki. The software used for CFD-Wiki, MediaWiki, has changed how styles are handled. We are working on it and will keep CFD-Wiki off-line until we have solved all style problem. I apologize about the problems.

Have decided to restore the previous version while we work on adopting the new version to the CFD Online skin.
