How to apply pressure 6.2psi on the upper spinnig head

Hi,
I am running CFX transient incompressible NS eqns with multi-phase flow (Water/Air) in the immersed solids (Upper small head and lower big plate). Both head and big plate are spinning in the same direction with different angular speed and at fixed different centers.

Firstly, I could not find an option to put pressure 6.2psi down to the lower big plate for pulling the pressure distribution with and without pressure on the head. Without pressure is easy because just we give 0 pressure on the boundary but, with pressure on the head, I could not find how to apply pressure down to the big head.

How can I apply pressure just on the head part?

Secondly, I found the wrong output direction which is bouncing back to inside of the wall, which is problematic.
What should I do for getting rid of the wrong output in the wall part?

Thank you very much,

Best regards
