Simulation of gear pump in CFX

1 Attachment(s)
Hello, everyone,is there anybody who simulated the inner flow distribution of gear pump before? I have done an example as shown below
1,However, should the outlet be set as "opening"or "outlet" type?
2,if there is a small gap between outside circle of gears and the boundary fluid, what should be done?In the ICEM,should the gap be remeshed to solve this problem?
3,if I considered the fluid in the gear side panel, should this fluid be meshed alone, and should this part in CFX-Pre connected with fluid in the gear gap with the "interface" method?
4,what's the main parameters that affect the result? momentum source scaling factor? the single step solving accuracy? others?

1. If you expect the flow to reverse then an opening. Otherwise an outlet.
2. What is the "circle of gears" and "boundary fluid"?
3. What is the "gear side panel"?
4. The issues are described here: http://www.cfd-online.com/Wiki/Ansys..._inaccurate.3F

Thanks a million.
