Using Opening B.C. for both inlet and outlet

Hello friends,
I am going to simulate an oscillating flow in a duct with positive and negative values of velocity in both inlet and outlet.

1. Since I am new to CFX, I am not sure if it makes sense to define both inlet and outlet as Opening, one with prescribed velocity (varying with time) and one pressure?
2. I was used to work with fluent and it was no opening BC there! I will appreciate if someone describe the different between Opening and pressure outlet BC.

Thanks in advance...
