Hi,

I have a rigid body in my domain. The initial velocity of my rigid body is high.
I want to change the time step based on velocity of the rigid body. In fact when the velocity decreases, time step increases.

I used the expression (4[m/s]/rbsate(linear velocity y@ rigid body))*0.001[s]
Initial velocity is 4 m/s

many thanks, in advance, for your help.

So isn't it doing what you want? When the velocity increases a smaller time step is probably a good idea.
