Hi
Here's the error message. ' | ERROR #001100279 has occurred in subroutine ErrAction. | | Message: | | The total number of words needed for the Real stack exceeds the m- | | aximum supported by the flow solver: 2,147,483,647. The solver w- | | ill continue with the stack size clipped to that value. | | ' May I ask what does it mean and how to solve this problem?

The error message is quite clear - your simulation is larger than the largest stack size supported by the solver. You need to make your simulation smaller. You can do this by coarser meshes or single precision but this obviously has accuracy implications. Better approaches are to move to a 64 bit operating system and 64 bit CFX solver and/or to use multi-processor to make the load on each node smaller.
