Default error interpolating results on to new mesh

I got this error ....

I tried changing the memory allocation.It din't help.So Plz reply...

Looks like you have run out of memory doing interpolation. Try it on a machine with more memory - and definitely move to a 64 bit machine if you are using a 32 bit OS.
