Using Fortran with CFX: How to connect Fortran to CFX?

Hello dears,
I have to do a subroutine in Fortran for my CFX program.
My computer has installed a Windows 7 64 bit.
I have Ansys 13 package and in the help it is suggested, for Windows, Intel Fortran compiler 11.1 as default compiler.
After reading the documentation (and the useful advice on this forum), I installed (in order):
1) Microsoft SDK v7.1,
2) Microsoft Visual Studio Professional 2008 (enabling from the Custom installation the option x64 compiler and tools )
3) Intel Fortran compiler professional 11.1
I have checked that it is possible to open Intel Fortran 11.1 from Visual Studio Professional 2008 (after file-new-project-Intel Visual Fortran ecc ecc)
The problem is that now I don't know as connect all to my CFX. I read about a PATH and environment variables (reported)
http://www.cfd-online.com/Forums/cfx...cfx12-1-a.html
but I don't understand what are these! I have only understood that I have to link something at somewhere...
Can anyone help me what I can do? Many thanks
