CFX solver stopped by signal PIPE (13)
 

Dear All,
I am using Ansys 14 in MPICH distributed parallel mode in the cluster. Following error occurs there.

Can anybody help me to solve this.

I saw some had the same problem, but no one has answered.
One tread has given to use "cleanipcs". But I don't know how to do it.:confused:
