CFX Error code 1

hi
i trying so solve the flow throught a pipe , but solver exited with error code 1 , please help me

my CCL is :Unnamed.txt

when i want use solver, solverrun and in iteration 200 solver exited because erroor code 1 is occured

I'm pretty sure I answered this already in your other thread.

FLUID DEFINITION: air
Material = Air at 25 C
Option = Material Library
MORPHOLOGY:
Option = Continuous Fluid
END
END
FLUID DEFINITION: water
Material = Air at 25 C
Option = Material Library
MORPHOLOGY:
Option = Continuous Fluid
END
END

"water" is actually air. Probably inconsistent with your expressions.
