HI
Is it possible to write UDF for cfx like fluent?
I want to do mesh and solve and post-procesing in cfx by call from c++ or fortran!!!

Is it possible?

Thanks

not sure exactly what the UDF in Fluent does, but CFX allows Fotran 77 and 90 user routines.

In the CFX-Solver Modeling Guide, refer to Chapter 18: User Fortran.

Thank you Mjgraf for your help
In an algorithm I want to give point to the cfx and call it from FORTRAN for meshing(or update mesh) and solve and post process automatically

is it possible???

thanks

I was search for link the CFX and matlab and here I undrestsnd that I should link fortran and cfx!!!
I work on an optimization problem and I should solve many airfoils and recall it from fortran.
My process is similar to bahsi , so my control points value is changed and I must to mesh, setup solving and solve
If anyone can write its code here because I am new in cfx and fortran and my time for do project is finishing.
Thank every one for attention

are you looking to add a new feature to CFX solver or just script the process of meshing, pre, solve and post?

This is possible and if you not familiar with the coding I think if the process is setup in Workbench you can export a batch/script file. Hopefully someone more familiar with workbench can chime in as I do not use workbench.
