hi,
Is it a FSI 2 way simulation??
I think is a mesh problem.
You can try to improve the mesh for both CFX and FEA. The quality has to be very good for all the element (min around 0.4).
Try different stifness strategies for example you can write the following expression:

1 [m^5*s^-1]/Volume of Finite Volumes

I hope to be helpful

thank Mr Huski!
I using a FSI 2 way simulation, I try to change the mesh quality but still error.
it's problem with outfile.
Please help me!

Did you try to change the mesh stiffnes (it is in default domain)? it is very important.
You can decrease the time step, but I'd keep as a last resort.
How much is your Courant number during the simulation?

You have to make a mesh uniform and the fluid-solid interface has to have pratically the same mesh dimension for both CFX and FEA.

You have to work in my opinion with the mesh and try new different mesh. It's a very long e difficult way. But don't worry, You will find the solution!

Did you put the same timestep for CFD and FEA?
