Hi

When i set boundary to outlet/opening/inlet on selected face ( problem.PNG ) one arrow appears out of selected face. Is it defected mesh or its some kind of ANSYS bug?

Generate a def file and look at it in CFD-Post. If CFD-Post shows the boundaries are set up correctly then do not worry about it. But it might show you have a meshing error which needs fixing.
