I want to input the isotropic loss parameters (lienar and quadratic) in the form of "permeability" and the "resistance loss coefficient". I have calculated the permeability using the experimental data and the darcy's equation.
How do I calculate the "resistance loss coefficient". The units are m(-1). Is it the inverse of the filter thickness?

It is not the inverse of the filter thickness. Check the theory guide for its definition. It is a coefficient multiplying 1/2*rho*velocity^2. If the flow rate is very low (i.e. no inertial effects so Darcy's law is valid) then it can be set to zero.
